• Engage in any activity that could disable, overburden, or impair the Services

3. Job Listings

For Employers

If you post job listings on our platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the authority to post job listings on behalf of your company or organization
• The information in your job listings is accurate, truthful, and not misleading
• Your job listings comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations
• You will not discriminate against applicants based on protected characteristics
• You have a legitimate job opportunity corresponding to each listing

No Job reserves the right to remove job listings that violate these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, are fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.

For Job Seekers

While we strive to ensure the legitimacy of job listings on our platform, we cannot guarantee that all listings are legitimate. You should exercise caution and conduct your own due diligence before applying for jobs or providing personal information to potential employers.

Our Ghost Score system is designed to help identify potentially fraudulent listings, but it is not infallible. Use it as one tool in your evaluation process, not as the sole determinant of a job's legitimacy.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and their content, features, and functionality are owned by No Job and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services, except as follows:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your browser for display enhancement purposes
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution

5. User Content

By submitting content to our Services (including job listings, resumes, profiles, and reviews), you grant No Job a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in connection with providing and promoting our Services.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights in and to the content you submit, and that such content does not violate these Terms or any applicable law.

6. Subscription Services

Certain features of our Services may require payment of fees. By subscribing to such services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our website. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Subscriptions will automatically renew for successive periods unless you cancel your subscription prior to the end of the current period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, upon notice. If you continue to use the subscription services after the fee change becomes effective, you agree to pay the updated fee amount.

You acknowledge and agree that No Job shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

No Job does not warrant that: (a) the Services will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; (b) any errors or defects will be corrected; (c) the Services are free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) the results of using the Services will meet your requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL No Job BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless No Job and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be finally settled by arbitration in San Francisco, California, using the English language in accordance with the Arbitration Rules and Procedures of JAMS then in effect.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. If a revision, in our sole discretion, is material, we will notify you via email or through the Services. By continuing to access or use our Services after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

13. Termination
